Dr. Janine Shinoki Clifford has more than 20 years of experience in a wide variety of urban design, planning, architectural and interior design projects. Her major clients include: the GSA, the Veterans Administration, DR Horton, Hunt Development Group, Dowling Company, The Mills Group, Queen Emma Land Company and the State of Hawaii.
